I'd been out with an awful cold the past few days and just started feeling better, so I'm taking things slow to ease back into the workflow. Also, I'm thankful to smell and taste things again! This morning I made a simple pork sung (shredded dried pork) sandwich that I'd been craving all week.
(I added an over-easy fried egg and topped everything with a generous amount of cayenne pepper.)
And in other news, I'm casting on my first knit sweater today in Knit Picks Gloss Fingering yarn. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will turn out like the picture in the pattern... Will write about this more once I make some progress.
